For our older students, Way Christian Academy offers a dedicated Leadership Development program designed to equip them with the character, skills, and confidence to lead with integrity.
Through intentional mentorship, responsibility-based roles, and real-world service opportunities, older students are challenged to grow beyond the classroom, learning what it means to lead as Christ leads: with humility, courage, and purpose.

After-School Enrichment
